Teva and OncoGenex Struck Deal

NEW YORK Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd and OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals Inc agreed upon a partnership and global licensing deal covering OncoGenex potential cancer treatment OGX-011 in which the former will pay later $60 million.
However, shares of OncoGenex collapsed hearing the news as investors took notice of the terms and payment structure of the agreement.
